Quality fast maturing plants that can be grown in-between or alongside other crops. Catch crops are planted after a previous main crop, they scavenge Nitrogen and other key nutrients from the soil. Whilst Cover Crops simply provide a green cover which reduces leaching, soil erosion and weeds but come with many more benefits.
